We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee.  Now and then It’s good to pause in our pursuit of happiness and just be happy

That which we persist in doing becomes easier, not that the task itself has become easier, but that our ability to perform it has improved.”

Tall mountains, tall trees, tall tales… well okay, we’ll leave the tall tales to you. Come as a guest, leave as a friend.

Thanks for the endurance blog comment! My recommendations for finding a property to rent in AZ in the winter…check around the Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, New River areas. There’s some good riding in those areas. There might also be some places in parts of north Mesa, as well. West Phoenix - Goodyear, Peoria, Avondale, Wickenburg - would also be possibilities to check out. Hope this helps!

stumbled across your blog today and found it so refreshing,as an innkeeper myself your words are so encouraging - doing for others all the time especially in full season can be draining. But who do I run too and your scripture verse lifted my spirits. Thanks
p.s. I grew up just outside of Helena, Mt.
